Frequently Asked Questions

  • What types of counselling and coaching do you offer?

I offer therapeutic counselling and coaching tailored to women navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, executive functioning, identity, relationships, or creating ADHD-friendly routines. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with compassionate, person-centred care

  • Do you specialise in supporting women with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits?

Yes — supporting neurodivergent women, especially those with ADHD, is at the heart of my practice. I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence, and I create a space that honours both.

  • Do you see women who are not neurodivergent?

Absolutely. While I specialise in ADHD and neurodivergence, I welcome all women seeking support. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, identity shifts, or simply want a space to reflect and grow, you're warmly invited.

  • Can I book a one-off session, or do you offer packages?

You’re welcome to book a single session to explore whether we’re a good fit. If you feel that we are a good fit, I recommend you book a number of sessions ahead so I can hold the time that suits you best. At this stage I offer a package price for coaching services only.

  • How do I book a session online?

You can book directly through my website via the Bookings page. Just choose your preferred time, fill in a few details, and you’ll receive confirmation via email.

  • Do you offer telehealth or in-person appointments?

Currently, I offer telehealth sessions via secure video platform. This allows for flexibility, comfort, and accessibility — especially for those managing sensory sensitivities or busy schedules. I plan to offer in-person sessions soon.

  • What days and times are you available?

My availability is updated regularly on the booking calendar. I offer sessions on select weekdays, with built-in breaks to support sustainable pacing. If you need a time outside the listed slots, feel free to reach out via phone or email.

  • How much do sessions cost?

Session fees are listed on the Services & Fees page. I aim to keep pricing transparent and fair, with options that reflect the value of the work while honouring accessibility. Some health fund rebates are available.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

For first sessions, payment is taken at the time of booking via secure online checkout. Payment for ongoing sessions is taken the day prior to your appointment. I accept credit/debit cards and other standard payment methods.

  • What can I expect in a counselling or coaching session?

Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your needs. You’ll be met with warmth and curiosity, not judgment. We might explore patterns, build strategies, or simply hold space for what’s present.

  • Do I need a referral to book with you?

No referral is needed. You can self-book at any time. If you’re unsure whether counselling or coaching is right for you, feel free to reach out for a brief chat.

  • What if I feel overwhelmed or unsure about starting therapy?

That’s completely okay. Many women feel this way, especially if they’ve had past experiences that didn’t feel supportive. I aim to create a space that feels safe, validating, and paced to your comfort.

  • Do you offer strategies for ADHD-friendly home organisation or routines?

Yes — I love helping women create systems that work with their brains, not against them. We can explore practical, compassionate strategies for home life, routines, and emotional regulation.

  • Can I get support with executive functioning or emotional regulation?

Absolutely. These are common areas of focus in both counselling and coaching. Together, we’ll build tools and insights that feel doable, not overwhelming.
